All purchase made through Dianashawl are final and there are no returns/refunds EXCEPT for DEFECT or WRONG ITEM only. Exchange of size, design and colour is not acceptable. Items return must be an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Return of items must be made within 3 days after the item received.  

 

Sales Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final

Free return shipping will be provided for defect or wrong item only. Once HQ received your returns item, we will check before proceed with the refunds of shipping fee.
